Amazing :).

The only thing missing is John oliver doing a video about legacy servers. Its really simple Blizzard=Murica, legacy servers=gun control, Runescape=Australia.

Wow what a great way to pitch intentions to work for a company, to include a hashtag meme basically insulting one of their lead devs.

Before we start cheering on Mark, lets be aware of his recent history. He managed to run Red5 and Firefall into the ground, whilst spending millions on a infamous Mobile Gaming Bus that never worked. Would not blame Blizzard from steering clear of him.

Interesting article about his time as CEO of Red 5.

I don't see how that affect our cause.

Well he might not be the best person to champion, due to his recent involvement in the games industry. I personally can't see Blizzard taking him very seriously.

I'm not sure how his endeavours since leaving Blizzard (failure or success), are really relevant whatsoever? All he is doing is showing his support as one of the original creators of World of Warcraft and proposing some ideas for Blizzard to think about.

Maybe you are right, but we don't have other champion. He was in the golden age of Blizz, Morhaime knows him very well, I don't see how that could not be good for us.

Yeah I suppose it's somewhat relatable to running one of the biggest MMO phenomenons into the ground, losing over half of the subscribers of the game in question and producing absolute garbage as content while the withered game breathes its last breaths on life support simply due to what it was in size in days past.
The Blizzard team is highly competent : D
