And btw, we play vanilla because we like it, i'd play new content if the game didn't change so much, in fact what i do like of vanilla is the game style. It's hilarious that you call us dreemers and nostalgics, but being honest i've played retail untill last december, i stopped playing because the game has no longer point than farming mounts, pets and getting pointless achievements. The game is total crap and is not worth 13 euro per month, but if you do like it, you are welcome to get the fuck out of these forums and go back where you belong, pathetic salty fanboy.

There will no official legacy servers ever be.
Because NaziBlizzard corporate policy is to look at her current product (game or expansion) as the best they ever made !
And it would be impossible to explain the shares investors why a 12 year old game server is more popular than her actually retail version servers.

So sad it is, it's all about company reputation and money.. there will never be official legacy servers.

I for my part have supported the petition and canceled all my abos and pre purchased. I had the best time of my life in Nostalrius but now it's time for me to move on. I quit wow and do other things until there is a other illegal Vanilla experience back that comes close to what the Team from Nostalrius have done. (But the Nos Team made something that no other server ever can reach, in quality and in community)

I agree that there is no way that Blizzard will make the servers themselves anytime soon. But there is a high chance they will endorse a third party like Nost and allow them to make this legally and split the revenue. However I don't think this will happen before Legion.
