When the camera cuts to the audience the vast majority had this "WTF is this shit?! Show us phat lootz" expression. I bet none of them played vanilla.

To be fair, have you seen that video where they announced WoD at.. I think it was Gamescom?
The audience looked as if he was holding a five hour presentation about the history of corporate accounting, and that was crowd that probably specifically came to this even to see these new announcements.
Don't know why, I guess many especially in the front rows might just be exhausted by a full day at such an event, and probably having had queued up for hours prior to the actual presentation.

I think people had their reservations at the time, even though MoP was considered ok it wasn't the stride people hoped for after Cataclysm and no one was really sold at the time. WoD only confirmed their fears.

Thanks for the link, good to see that most of his examples are initial designs from vanilla.

Whoever that has twitter let's keep this up. Maybe he will help or at least respond.

Wouldn't want to trash hope that he might join the bandwagon but I feel he's in the same boat as Ghost Crawler, still has friends at Blizzard and doesn't want to cause a ruckus.

that's the most tear jerking one. although i laugh through tears when axiom wipes in MC - love them <3

That's a good one (if you turn off the sound, that is :D ), even though my favorite vid so far has to be this one:

For me personally, that conveys the atmosphere and emotions connected to Nost the best.

oh yes that one is really good too. I'll tweet that one to someone else. Even if they never help us, they should know that we loved this game.
