Honestly, as much as I would appreciate whatever they do for us, if it's not SOMEKIND of continuation of the server I wouldn't care much.

I realise I come off as a bit of an ass but hey... ignorance is bliss.

I understand, it could be seen as a little pointless, but that's what I got as a first impression, being more of a dev than a player.

I think that it could be related with:

We are going to need clustering when Nostalrius comes back online.
Just imagine the influx of new players after all the hype this debacle has generated, talk about population BOOM

Now, is could be hard to support all the polulation that would like to play on Nostalrius Vanilla Realms!

Nostalrius crew; why don't you just put up a non profit server in Finland/Russia, not breaking any laws as of current and you would keep this community together, better yet Blizzard would get their balls crushed and there is next to nothing the assholes can do about it!
