Server is in Canada, I have a ping of 110 from Europe.

Thx dude :)

110 ms aiight :(

So, the server is good for you?

So far it looks good but we could use a bigger population. There are already some guilds from Nostalrius, which is good to see. My guild started leveling from lvl 58 on horde side.

Kronos is EU too, this sucks so much. Need to trust my ancestors and will play on a russian server ~~ against all odds.

Help me to find a good solution

Vengeance admin said they are safe, Us has no jurisdiction in Canada and they are not hosted in a datacenter. Also said they have multiple servers in other countries available if need be.

US has indirect juridiction in Canada, Britain, and all the Commonwealth really. Just as much as they have on all EU. Saying this is like saying US has no juridiction in France. This is also true, but as we can see it does not matter since Blizzard can go through it. There is a reason why criminals flee to Mexico instead of Vancouver, and it's not about the weather.

Hopped on Kronos yesterday. Level 20 as of today. So far, I think it sucks in comparison, and not due to the comparatively low population. The biggest problem I have with it is that it is running in 1.12.1's original nerfed state, whereas Nostalrius supposedly went back and reworked some nerfs to the game's combat while still maintaining the basic structure of 1.12.1.

I am just repeating what I have heard here, but from experience, I can say that it is waaaaaay easier leveling on Kronos than on Nostalrius. Low level warriors can one/two shot mobs that they could barely solo one at a time on Nost; No one has to stop to eat or drink because out-of-combat health/mana regen rates are so freaking high (on my warlock I cant even life tap fast enough to drain my health); Spells seem to be hitting harder or costing less as well. Everything is a total joke.

This makes me highly concerned for raiding on the server. If everything is nerfed this hard at early levels, then imagine that level of ease, multiply it by 40, and add a nerfed raid boss to boot. I foresee raids being even easier on Kronos than Nostalrius. It's definitely not the quality experience that we are used to on Nost.

Lastly, the population is an issue. It did boom overnight, but they have since shut off new registrations, thus capping it at a small pop. I did a brief scan on the auction house for common items that I used to try to flip. I came up with nothing. The AH is completely barren. There is almost no one in the main cities. It feels dead.

We desperately need to get the ball rolling on continuing on Nost's work, even without the original devs. It's what they want. I will help however I can. If anyone out there is working on it, *please* contact me and we can at least chat. This community needs organization quickly before everyone scatters to the wind.
