Asking not to be told how to play is fine. The problem is when they not only wanna be told how to play the game, but wanna get invited to groups or even raids and guilds and think its unfair that others then take their spec into account.

Non-jerks who don't play these specs tend to only see phrase in this context.

Druid: Hi I'd like to join your guild, I'm feral dps.
Recruiter: Hi. Sorry, but we don't use feral dps in our raids. If you are interested in healing we might have a spot for that though.
Druid: Don't tell me how to play. I pay for this game. Damned elitist.

Non-jerks who play these specs and don't have an inflated sense of self-worth on the other hand will only see it in this context.

Random dude #276 (not even in your group): Hey! Bozo the cat. Heal me.
Druid: Did your mother not love you enough?
#276: Druids are for healing anyway. So stop wasting your time and roll a real class.
Druid: Stop trying to tell me how to play and enjoy the game that I payed for please.

It's fairly common that sensible people have vastly disparate views on how and when certain things are said. This is why.

Or the other way around.

Keep in mind that in retail there is server cap limit with population and there will not be enough people to fill the high end Guilds requirements, so they will be forced to make exceptions.

I think I'd be more worried about not being able to find a place in a dungeon or a raid than "boo hoo Im not wanted as a druid tank?"

It does suck that certain tanks aren't as viable or acceptable though. Maybe it would be too easy too make it so any class can do anything but it does make it boring for there to be a specific set of roles for classes, making every raid group feel the same

But then people would only play as hybrid classes. I'm not really an expert

No it wouldn't be easy, it would be really, really hard. And it would likely destroy vanilla if they tried. If you wanna tank, roll a warrior or live with the weaknesses and accept being rejected by many groups and stuff sometimes getting a bit wonky.

Skilled player will be good at any role and any class for anything he do, there is no "hard" if you do the task that you are supposed to do.

Beside the Game is not made for 1 Class only , you have 40 People in single Raid and you have 2 out of 4 Tanks which are literally nothing but "Trash" Tanks and in "Trash" usual Hybrids Tanks > Warrior Tanks.

Smilkov, I get that English isn't your strong suit and that is ok. But it gets kinda frustrating when its both hard to figure out what you are trying to say and you misinterpret what we say even though it is written in correct English. Just sayin'.

How about you roll a class that got the role you want, instead of trying to be something you're not.

which part you can't understand of what is written there? Please quote it.

I am fully aware that you only care about grammar and therefore complaining not because you can't understand but because you want "perfect english" (typical american style).

I see that your English is also not correct ( Just sayin' )

P.s my English is bad so i don't need someone to tell me how bad my English is.
