Yea Ikr... as much as I have to fight myself not to slap a good 'ol "I told you so" when it comes to blizzy I would not presume things about private server. Everything is possible in that universe (of private servers) because its not corporate thing but based on good will and passion so I dunno why you mock its possible return...

I'd rather have old 2 servers back... pvp realm with old chars would be ideal for me and countless others that "had" something going for them there... I'm pretty sure new / ungeared players could count on bis people to carry them af due to relaunch happiness, am i right? we gonna lend them a hand to get that 15k back huh?:P That being said I feel like if pvp realm went back with AQ just around the corner it would be awesome man... I can only imagine it would be world pvp 24/7 first few days.

For fresh players that don't rly wanna get into AQ stage yet after being boosted but instead wanna farm mc and bwl still as something new for them i guess PvE realm wasn't really that progressed and could be still considered fresh start for most right? I mean what they had there? just mc and ony right? not even bwl. Thats easy to catch up.

I personally don't feel like starting from scratch anymore, as much as I love vanilla, making 1-60 and then mc + bwl + zg for atleast 6 months... it would be 3 times I did that and never got to AQ phase because server died... and 2 more because I decided to quit before AQ even hit (feenix). It would be masochism to start over for me. Not to mention pvp grind oh boy. I wish we had our old stuff back... even if not forever... i'm not gonna ask for "forever guarantees" anymore but only if it means starting from where we left off...

I thought they removed Nostalrius from Realmplayers but when I checked 2 minutes ago, my old characters are back up in the database.

Can't seem to find guilds tho, might be confused over what was or wasn't still in Realmplayers.

Kinda sad blizzard is probably not gonna release vanilla servers. I know many were worried blizzard was gonna fuck it up. However I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Ooh well here's to hoping nostalrius comes back and if they do come back I'm defanitley pro fresh start as I would be waaay behind. Besides that I also absolutley don't want to play on the PVE server as some one mentioned as an option earlier on this page. I love world PVP and don't want to miss out on that.

Realmplayers runs off an addon and when a player logs off he uploads all the people the addon scanned. The server just saved info, since the admin of the addon is not putting in work things are not getting deleted.
