This is such a perfect example of why I hate people who play Retail, just read the replys.

ps: I do not 100% agree with the OP, but the replys are just such a perfect indication of the mentality of the Retail player.

The retail community can't understand why getting everything is bad. I do agree 100% with the OP here. MMOs are about accomplishing something, otherwise you just sitting down grinding away for the same thing everyone else will have too.

Of course WoW is on its last leg and only the people unable to disconnect from a bad game are still playing. So there is that. Take a look at this https://www.reddit.com/r/wowservers/com ... ighlights/

It will show you what type of players are left and what is important to them. Notice anything? Notice the scripted questions too? Almost like Blizzard wants to make sure something isn't mentioned?

Not to parse hairs now :p But I agree with him like 99%, the only thing I would change in his post would be: "The more people that fail, the more successful people will feel compelled to play." I would change that to: "the more everyone will be compelled to play and to try to be successful" but again, I do agree with him 100% on the general message of risk and reward.

PS: holy shit those videos on reddit were cringe as fuck! I think my back and shoulder muscles hurt from cringing so hard XD

If a 10 year old game is taking away from a company that has way more money then they did to start with is losing people to a 10 year old illegal private server, what does that mean? She flamed Kern and all the Nost people for rushing Blizzard after the shutdown. She said some rather colorful things and Kern responded. Then she played the victim card since Kern burned her so so good. It was the same tactic gamergate used. Female does something wrong, gets caught and called out. Female complains its sexism to hold her accountable and the shit storm starts.
