Then they deserve it. They know it's an exploit. They openly admitted on stream they were exploiting. Why no one else is? Maybe they didn't explain to the world on open stream they were exploiting? In any event, as I said from the beginning, if you think "countdown clicking" to get an item is perfectly okay, go ahead and keep on doing it. I personally won't touch the item.

Dude you seem really new to this game.

I have exploit this things since the starts all of week like 500+ others players did, we just did'nt know that is not allow cause its was not considerate as an exploit in retail..

So now just find me the rules in Nostalrius Terms of use https://en.nostalrius.org/terms-of-use and you are free to search on Bugtracker too : https://report.nostalrius.org/plugins/t ... tracker=14

thanks

Our guild lets us know on TS when we are popping Onyxia head. Please don't ban me.

"but there is a grace time on the guy that gives the buff"

Well guess what, so does the fucking flower.

http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Rallying_ ... agonslayer A city wide buff =/= a single player buff, but okay.

When the head is turned in, all characters in Stormwind or Orgrimmar will receive a 2 hour buff

Well, to be completely honest. It's a duplication of a quest reward, which is what the Songflower does. They're actually quite similar.

If a Onyxia or Nefarian head is already up you should not be able gain the Rallying cry of the Dragonslayer buff.
So guilds getting the buff by popping heads while they are still up are bug abusing. Should I take screenshots next time or is this bug not as gamebreaking as root tubers so you dont get banned for doing it?

I'd say it is exploiting, but apparently my opinion on the matter is moot.
I kind of like the idea of ban roulette with the songflower buff.

Keftank was implying just turning in the head to get the buff was an exploit not "duplicating" within the head already being up. If you send the buff while knowing the head has already been placed instead of waiting until you are supposed to do it again, you are exploiting a bug on the server.

Cringing so fucking hard at literally every single Harm post, this anal nitpicking of the rules is something I would expect from my 6 year old niece when something doesn't go according to her will. Not a good look for you dude.

To answer your question with the common logic you lack, or chose to suppress in your little temper tantrum.
You obviously can't report a whole raid/city because of one persons actions. You may however have a valid case against the one person who chooses to pop the head, if you decide to scoop to such lows

In regards to songflower, the flower is not scripted correctly on Nost so a countdown is used. In any case countdowns were used by every guild competing for world firsts on retail vanilla in addition to many others. It is a Nost specific rule to ban players for doing this and a Nost specific view that it is a Bug and an Exploit.

If Nost decides that this BLIZZLIKE action is now bug abuse that's fine. Banning or retroactively banning people without letting them know beforehand that it is now considered bug abuse is not.

This would be bug abuse because you shouldn't be able to get the head buff if one is already out whereas the songflower is more like having no head currently up but having to do something considered legal or at the very least a slightly grey area to be able to turn it in and then that is randomly considered bug abuse out of the blue. See the difference?

Btw have they fixed the Nef head turnin yet?

they need to draw a clear line between creative use of game mechanics and exploits. its way too grey. tons of things that people do on a normal basis can easily be considering exploits. simplest example i can think of is resing on the other side of a locked door to bypass it. clearly the game intended for you to have a key to enter.
