you can reach lvl 60 from 1 with no problem with 10 days /played.

Assuming you play aprox 4 hours per day, in 60 days you have played 240 hours, which is exactly 10 days played.

what somebodyh who would make this thread doesnt realize is that people have been leveling up on private vanilla servers over and over again for ten years now. they arent doing it so they can get max level. they do it because they enjoy playing vanilla wow. at least youll know better now if you do end up trying again

you kind of wish nost hosted somewhere else than France but I guess we were all hoping a little bit that EU was safe. i also really doubt that blizzard at this point would give us legacy servers that werent ruined with new features

I was so fucking happy in the last week of playing, because i had blue weapons untill then, and that week Ironfoe dropped and also got Warblade of hakkari, i was so fucking excited with my new build... and i couldn't even have the oportunity of taste it on the MC/BWL raid, because that same day i got the news that the server was going to shut down

I've leveled so many times in Vanilla retail and private servers, and I must say, I never get tired of it. The journey is at least as fun to me as endgame.

Only if Blizzard made legacy servers and enough RL friends wanted to play. Never again on a private server. There is the obvious threat that Blizz could take down the server.

Otherwise, I got enough vanilla for now. To be honest, the community is toxic and not everyone is on the same page with reliving good memories. There are vocal racists, obsessive min-maxers, ninja looters, elitists, disproportionate number of gankers, disproportionate number of loot reservers, and vanilla pvp is incredibly boring.

This is the one case where I'd rather play on an RP server, if legacy servers ever arrive. It sucks trying to chill out with an old game and World channel is spammed with shit about Donald Trump, racist jokes against Chinese, or LFM all loot reserved. But it was cool playing with people from around the world.

As long as Blizz doesn't ruin it with everything they did to retail (and they WILL do it) and as long as the community is as big as that of Nost... yes. However the first is unavoidable and Blizz can't handle that many people on a server. So no.
