They have 800k email in their Game database + 88 000 email on their forum database..

Many of those accounts are registered with same email. And no, please don't force Nostalrius to send mails out. I doubt it's even legal to do so.

Sending mails to registered accounts illegal?
Well..no

It is at least against Danish law (and I believe this is EU law as well, since DK usually lean towards that), so unless you explicitely gave them permission to mail you ("opt in"), then it is not legal.
Signing up on a site is not enough for an "opt in".

I shared it on my Facebook'page. Also on french websites (Im french). And the number of signatures grows up: 1 000 by hour. Do the same in your country.

We need the chinese community to help us. They were a lot of chinese people on Nostalrius. If a chinese guy see this, share the petition all over your country's websites. We can do it.

I also posted a thread on the french official WoW forum. I have a lot of support there.

Only us will make that happened.

Really nice text on the French forums tbh, better than any i've seen on US/EU. I'd post a translation on EU forums but i can't post anymore because i have no subscription.

Are you sure this applies to any emails and not just, say, regular newsletters?
Not familiar with that law at all, but intuitively, it seems strange to me to take someone's email address but then never ever ever be allowed to send any email to it at all under any circumstances (unless they have given an explicit opt in)

Ye it's still going up pretty fast tbh, already close to 141k now. 150k will be tomorrow, 200k next week if it goes on like this. Also, it's getting attention everywhere. On all gaming sites, Blizzard fb, Blizzard twitters, all wow forums have multiple posts about it every day, other twitters, tons of youtubers and streamers talk about it, it just doesn't stop. And it's been 2 weeks almost since Nostalrius got the C&D letter.

I have this feeling that Blizzard is going to have to respond at some point if they don't want to drown in angry comments from their players.
