Well, whoever is deemed serious enough and takes it in a country where legislation won't abruptly end our journey.

Valkyrie is dead. Rebirth low pop, kronos can't handle more than 3k and they have servers in Sweden and it's not blizzlike = europe = like Nostalrius in France = shutdown.
