The issue with the chinese players was the lack of communication. If you disapprove on this either you are not being honest or you did not play on the end of Nostalrius.

It could be easily fixed like in Kronos, it means the server must not activate the "chinese character" (there is a name for it), so every people are forced to speak in english.

Then :
You don't ban anyone.
Everyone will have to speak english.

We should really think about this solution.

I am ashamed I have to write it, but I have chinese in my family. So get a life "Justice Racial warriors" if you read it.

Its called a fresh server, but if I correctly understood, we will be able to transfer ours olds characters (from nostal) on this fresh PvP server. Then what means "fresh"?

Fresh server means fresh server. You'll get to transfer your Nost char to the what Nost was when it got shutdown, so just before AQ.

This. There will be no old characters transferred to the fresh start PvP server.

Elysium and Nostalrius PvP realm characters will go to the PvP realm.
Nostalrius PvE realm characters will go to the PvE realm.
Anyone can create a new character and start from scratch on the fresh start PvP realm, to be named.

Matt was a long time spammer and general prick on the server, probably one of the most hated on Alliance. Matt honestly should have been banned long before he was, and I'm glad he won't be getting his characters back. I wasn't even on the Alliance, but even the Horde don't want Matt around, trolling our boards.

I personnally had no problem with chinese people. They invited me in their groups to help me to do some elite quests, as any other guy. Dont forget that a lot of them signed the petition. They are part of our community. The most of them wasnt part of the "gold problem".
