TIASSRA gnome mage exploiter in ab

TIASSRA gnome mage has been exploiting ab farmhouse for 3+ weeks. They then get on horde alts and taunt people. This was funny the first time but now its to the point of exploiting on purpose. I thought it was a accident and went with it. Now he goes to farmhouse and hides in fireplace. I can only attack with rain of fire and my pet bugs out.
