Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Im starting a new character today and I'm looking for a heavy class soo Paladins or Warriors, since the game is flooded with warriors I tought about Paladins but I noticed that they are the less played class(https://en.nostalrius.org/infographic/5-months). Are they bad or they just dont get much love?

Paladins and shamans are the least played classes overall because they are limited to one faction mate

Go check the census threads in the general forums of each server for a more accurate overview of class and race distribution per faction. Paladins are one of the more popular classes on the alliance.

If you are torn between Warrior and Paladin. Trust me, you want to play Warrior. Else you wouldn't be torn between the two.

Warriors also perform two roles which makes its population higher than other classes.

This is true most of the time if you want to raid eventually. If you want to heal, play paladin. If you want to tank or deal damage, play warrior.

If you want to PvP or just do whatever it's not as polarized.

they are not bad , they are so much bugged and receive less love due to their complicated ret/prot spec and hard for lot people to learn how to play.

Also as euronmisc said , they are most played class in alliance .

There is no horde paladin and thus this make them "lower" in graph, but if you check the alliance side only you would see that paladin are by far highest played class in game.

^ Simply put.
You want to play paladin if you want to be doing more team-oriented tasks. Buffing, healing and offtanking. I do this with my paladin and it's enjoyable in its way. But for the general smashing and tanking classes, warriors it is.

Paladins are only bad if you're deluded enough to think you can do something other than heal.
