Where can I fish Oily Blackmouth?

I was in Darkshore during 30 min and I didn't found nothing. Do I need some special level or item in order to catch them?

Damn shitters and there links, Here's some logic. Along the coast of ferlas if you're ally, ALWAYS 24/7 Firefins and blackmouths. If you don't cherry pick to hard you'll get a ton. Ashenvale Southshore, and if you're horde I'm not tell you spoons,

And what about STV? I'm lvl 27, maybe feralas is too high for my lvl.

Loch Modan is where I fished mine at, and my fishing was about 50 when I fished it but that was with a Shiney Bauble and a 10+ fishing pole attached.
