Is anyone else having trouble finding the Recipe: Undermine Clam Chowder in stock from Jabbey in Steamwheedle Port?

I've been camping next to him for four days now and the recipe is never in stock! He's supposed to carry three.

I also can't find any on the auction house, so is this just a bug or something? Is there anyway to get an admin to look at this?

Please help, I have SO much Zesty Clam meat!

I think I've confirmed that this item is not respawning.

I've camped the vendor for 30 minutes and nobody has come into the tent to purchase anything.

Undermine Clam Chowder Recipe is not restocking

He simply never has it

I'm pretty sure the respawn time is random, and it's at least several hours.

Has Anyone else been able to purchase the recipe?

I bought it, but that was like 4 months ago. It also took me a while to finally get it as I believe it is often camped.

I got it a long, long time ago.
