Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Is the quest "A Humble Offering" not in the game yet? According to wowhead I should get it at honored with Cenarion Circle, and I'm revered. Just wondering if there are any other quests that must be done first, or if the quest will come at a later date.

This quest, along with it's reward, was added in patch 1.11 and won't be available on Nostalrius until that point.
