Zeppelin pvp flag

My memory may be a little hazy on this one, but I don't remember taking the zeppelin from UC -> Org, or Org - > UC as flagging everyone aboard for pvp on retail vanilla servers. Was this how it was? It's pretty ridiculous that alliance can sit in Lordaeran and kill low level players rolling through the front.

When you're on the zeppelin, you transfer over the Great Sea which is a contested zone, therefore flags you upon reaching UC or ORG
