Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I recently acquried a Dragonfang Blade (69-130 dmg, +16 agil) but it only seems to increase my damage by 126? Why doesn't it increase my damage by at least 130, not to mention the extra 16 agil should kick it a little bit above 130 as well.

My weapon skill is 305/300, I'm not using any addons that would change it...any ideas?

because average weapon damage =/= max weapon damage

In the second picture : (709 / 14 * 1.8) + 69 + 5 = 165.xx, and (709 / 14 * 1.8) + 130 + 5 =226.xx.
