If I remember correctly the undead racial "WotF" did not trigger a global cooldown in vanilla! It should be an "Instant" like "Cold Snap"/"Iceblock". Right? I did not find an artefact on the bug tracker so I would like to have clarification before i create one.

It was definitely on the GCD in the TBC content patch (before TBC itself was launched). I don't remember if it was in 1.12.1, though, as I only had an UD character for a week or two in that patch.

It was affected by the GCD and did trigger the GCD, unlike Cold Blood for instance, in Grim's movie after checking just now :

Yeah. While we're at it, let's make Undead actually Undead again, so immune to Fear/Polymorph/etc but vulnerable to Exorcism and Turn Undead.
And let us speak Common in addition to Orcish.
Technically it was Blizzlike... back in Alpha. =P
