Yes they should and and will be banned if the GM's see this.

Make an in-game report by clicking the "?" questionmark, then click button "Issues that GMs can assist you with", after that you click "STUCK" (yes stuck, even though you are not stuck), and last you choose "Still not working, Page a GM". Attach as much evidence you got to your report!

It's a good thing if these kind of players get banned so you are doing the community a big favor for reporting them!

Please make an in-game ticket for these kind of things. Red question mark, stuck, still stuck page a GM.
