He stands in IF everyday spamming to open lockboxes.
He keeps good loot from the boxes and tries to give you cheap greens he gets off the AH.

There are sites where you can see what each lockbox can contain
I gave him two ironboxes to open, both times he gave me low level green tailor patterns.
According to the site, neither were possible items.

He won't party, but even if he does if he doesn't actually loot the open box it won't show up in party chat.
Do business with him if you choose, but you've been warned.

Can confirm that this guy is a fishy rogue, he will steal anything valueable.

This is why you invite the rogue to your group so you can see what loot he obtains from the box.

If you think that he cheated - open an according GM ticket in game.

He's just roleplaying as a rogue. Are you not immersed? Is this not why you are playing an 11 year old game?

Be aware that even grouping with rogues opening your lock boxes isn't foolproof. As rogues can have a lock box of each type in reserve with low value items inside to fool people into thinking they came from their original box.

The two solutions to this are: (1) ask rogue to film opening the box (not practical) (2) only let people you actually trust open boxes for you.

By the way, blues (and supposedly also epics) appear always as 2nd or 3rd or 4th item in a lockbox, next to the regular green item. Even being grouped with the rogue wont prevent him from ninjaing something. Ofcourse you might have a guy you trust 100%, then thats fine.. A guy you trust that he wouldnt take the green item only out of the box and then close it to loot the alcors for 1.5k gold later. A lot of trust.

My offer with opening on stream just got a whole lot more attractive ^^.

The only real solution is to finally fix the bug that you can't open lockboxes through the trade window.
