Red Dawn PvE in a nutshell

by RefineThem » Sat Feb 27, 2016 12:29 am

Since server release till a few days ago, all that we been doing is world pvp, and more world pvp, maybe a few dungeons. But after a social meeting we did with our organization, we decided to engage a bit in ZG.

Went in with pvp specs, awkward gear, no experience and lvl 53s :D

Notice the levels, lol

I figured out that PvE can be a quite fun thing, this being the 3rd ZG run, we still managed to only take down 1 boss >_>, but its quite enjoyable, the progress, along with the fact how zg rep is gained from cleaning trash, right?

General reaction in whisper at first pve raid day :D

Feels like 2004 man :D, even tho i never played retail vanilla

Me the idiot forgot to switch to masterloot, but thankfully noone abused it or something, we were happy to beat this boss :D

Well, wiping on Venoxis, of all bosses, is a bit embarassing.

Kudos for trying though :^)

How can you not wipe if you have no idea whats coming up next while you bear pvp specs, non-preraid bis :P We dont call ourselves pve guild so i had no problem showing these screenshots :D

But instead being able to beat everything too fast, its more interesting slowly being able to beat each boss.

If you were to scale bosses in ZG (question to all) from easiest to hardest, what would you choose?

You completely missed the point.
It's ok, after years and years of tedious theorycrafting and e-peen competitions between guilds, it's normal to be foreign to the idea of a guild that learns on the go, doesn't rely on BigWigs to tell them "this is coming next laddy", and doesn't care an iota about min-maxing. 2005 was 11 years ago though, long time indeed.

Congratulations Voro. Steadily making your way to become the best guild in the server.

The funny thing is that i posted from my friend's account and the only reason i realised this was because i was informed in private. Bastard made me look shady but gave me a great laugh.

He comes and makes his own account on MY pc (after invited to my place) and takes advantage of one of the thousands screenshots i had, posts his crap then continues to hang out with me with that slightly amused look in his face after im back. I always post from my tablet, but by the time i had to convert screenshots, i had to go through the pc, in which his account was there by default rather mine. And i dont notice a damn thing, bet was laughing his ass of when he saw this. One may meet those people who you hate and love at the same time during their lives.

You can conclude to whatever you like, i cant do anything else :D
