gm ticket

i made a ticket about 8 hours ago and i still havnt got a reply from the gm about being stuck , how long do i have to wait for someone to attend this issue?

Did you use in-game report function clicking "?" and clicking "stuck" and then "page a GM"?

Anyway a problem may be that all reports go through "stuck" report (as stated by GMs on forum) so I don't think the GMs know easy who is actually stuck and need acute assistance in contrast to the other 2000 tickets/week.

HS reseted long time ago, use it. No need a gm for that.
