hello!
english is not my mother language, so sorry if i make any mistakes.

i played some time ago my druid on alliance site. did a short break and now i want to reroll on horde site.
i got some gold on my account and would like to have it on horde site. so i opened a ticket and asked a gm, if it is allowed to trade when i would fond a person.
that was his answer: http://i.imgur.com/d497VOT.jpg

i saw many posts about people which put some stuff in the neutral ah and got instantly "scammed" by these neutral ah bots. so im a little bit scared of that.

hope anyone could help me

It's simple just follow these steps:
-Grab a kitteh http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=5329
-Give the kitteh to a friend you trust on horde side
-Tell your friend to put the kitteh on a neutral AH(buyout) for the amount of gold you want to transfer
-Buyout the kitteh from your alliance Druid. Your friend on Horde should get the all the gold
-Tell your friend to give you the gold

No one will buy a kitteh for big amounts of gold so you're safe.

Why couldn't you just do that with some grey item on your own horde character?

Kill all bots in Booty bay (pretty much guaranteed to be some) and do a /who Everlook and Tanaris to check if any low level bots are in the zone, then you put some high value mats up for 1 copper to avoid AH cuts and instantly buy them from horde side. (High risk high reward)
Or put a low value item on AH and accept the 15% AH cut. (Literally no risk)

I used to do option 1 with great success, but I haven't tried after the chinese invasion happened, gl

EDIT: Remember to do the /who on both sides obviously

Remember that multiboxing is not allowed for AH use. Booty Bay, Everlook and Gadgetzan are also not capitals. Better do the trade with a friend or use the low-value/high-price method.

The GM team.
