Are Winter Squid and Summer Bass seasonal fishes on the server?

Winter Squid is, Summer Bass is not.

They are but they are not implemented correctly, I have been able to catch both when I should only have been able to catch the winter squid the past couple months.

So as far as we know, due to the incorrect implementation, we can catch seasonal fish all year?

Only Summer Bass, Winter Squid wasn't there during summer and is yet to be seen will it stay after winter is over.
