Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Always wondered this, might be something stupid that everyone knows of but me. anwyays, when the TBC server launches, and aswell as on retail. When people jumped onto TBC did they recieve their previous CURRENT vanilla PvP title or did they recieve their highest achieved title? Say someone had achieved Grand Marshal but then decayed to Knight. Which title do they recieve on TBC?

In retail you would be left with the highest rank gathered, but probably too early to say already - wait another year.
