I want to spend my time to play the game, if its working properly. If it isn't I don't want to. So, naturally I want to know when the fix will be coming so I can play the game properly. If it isn't coming soon, like 5+ months, then I don't want to keep building my character in anticipation of PvPing at 60.

Dish is correct - the world does not revolve around you. The game is certainly not unplayable for anyone trying to do something other than farm gold. There is no estimated launch for the clustering system and the time frame is "Soon" as per Viper's original post. You are also being unreasonably hostile which isn't good for you - lighten up.
