Ping Fix for US Users?

Hello, i was wondering if anyone knew of any kind of ping reducing program that would work on these servers?

My friend was trying to describe it to me, but im not really sure how it works or what those programs are?

I was looking at something like this

its a safe website, but i know nothing about if that would work?
Does anyone know of anything that i could use? im at 150-250 ping constantly which isn't very fun in competitive situations.

150-250 is almost unnoticeable in comparison to the 400-500 I live with in Australia. Welcome to my world if that tiny ping hurts you that much.

it's not the ping that is the issue with this server. It is all the server stress from 10k+ clients on it all the time and the delay it causes, their hardware can't handle the servers population.

You can try using wtfast vpn. I'm west coast US and it helps when the lag is bad. Otherwise I don't need to use it

While I think about it, anyone else use a breed VPN then wtfast? It's def helped during the worst of it, but if there are better options please do share the knowledge!
