How to get task of pig ransfiguration?
Why I can't get it at azshara?

I'm experiencing the same problem on a mage alt. I can get the Sunken Temple quest line from the questgiver in Azshara, but I cannot get the pig polymorph quest.

I completed the Sunken Temple quest chain but after that I am unable to pick the next quest -> Warlord Krellian which leads to the second quest -> Fragmented Magic which awards the mage Polymorph: Pig

Yes, I have down all the mage quest, except pig transfiguration can't get it.
I also asked other mage who have learned, he told me just go to azshara to get the task. But no task from NPC.
