Onyxia Questline Bug?

I hit 60 once the server was up, and while i was leveling to 60, i deleted the quest "The True Masters pt 3" because the quest wasnt working for me. Now, i have come back to play again and I cannot pick up the quest from the quest giver? He just doesnt offer it to me at all. I retraced my steps and went to all the quest givers for the quest line... nothing. So i am screwed. No ony for me?
