I think Pottu has made 2 green comments in the past that outline this:

-"There is no free speech"
-"We can ban whoever we feel like"

This should answer your question.

I wrote before a more lengthy post regarding why this sense of dissapointment is truly your fault more than theirs, but since it got deleted along with all the thread where it was posted, I'll just say briefly: They hold all the power here, you have no leverage.

From my experience Pottu is a fair guy, it may be considered spam if there are other threads like it in the search function. Mind elaborating on the lying though? I'm curious.

The ban policy isn't perfect, but I can understand why they would delete posts about it.
It has already happened multiple times where people have gotten justified bans and then they start fishing for sympathy from the rest of the community, and for some reason people always eat it up and cause a shitstorm without second questions.

If you want wintraders banned you should send the GMs some evidence btw

Your friend made an appeal. Nobody can appeal for anyone else, yet you posted in it and from the start acted entitled, discourteous, hostile and aggressive - increasingly so in each post you've made, not to mention openly racist. You are in luck though, because we will not abandon the review in your guildmates case because of your abysmal behavior. Since you insist on keeping this matter in public, this one will remain visible just as a warning example for others: nobody gets special treatment.

The GM team.
