Daylight saving time (DST) and Server

DST is coming and I have the following question. How will Nostalrius severs treat that, are we adding +1 hour to server time, or it stays as it is? Many players/guilds from EU / US or any other countries that use DST will have time table issues. What is the Nost standing on this?
Can we have a GM/ Official response on this.

P.S. DST - Daylight saving time (DST) or summer time is the practice of advancing clocks during summer months by one hour so that in the evening daylight is experienced an hour longer, while sacrificing normal sunrise times.
