Questions regarding multiboxing

Hi so recently i got a warning for multiboxing, I wasnt boosting one of my toons. I actually had alt f4 and logged a different toon and got a summon doing world drags.So my Questions are this what are the limitations on multiboxing i read the ToS that both toons have to be in a major city which has worked fine for me. However i am now leveling a mage and have a priest/lock so my question is am i allowed to log my mage and one of those toons to port myself back to major citys? How about using my lock and summoning my mage to get a port.I am asking because i have already recieved a warning and i dont want to get banned. So i would ask a GM if you could please answer the limitions u have on multiboxing in a more descriptive text.

VI. Multiboxing
Multiboxing refers to playing multiple characters simultaneously. This can either be achieved by using multiple machines to run the Game or by running multiple instances of the Game. The following rules are not meant to be exhaustive, and using multiple characters to level, farm reputation, run dungeons, do raids and/or engage in PVP is considered Multiboxing. Each case of Multiboxing will be judged individually and thoroughly.

There are a few specific situations where you may have two characters in-game simultaneously, *only while both characters are in a major city*:

Transferring items between accounts;
Using professions, as long as no farming or material gathering is involved;
Crafting, enchanting, banking and/or for trading purposes that does not include the Auction House.
Portalling a second account only to and from major cities.
Playing simultaneously on both PvP and PvE realms. *Not restricted to major cities*

You may for a short period of time log two accounts at the same time as long as both charcters are in a major-city. You may not use Auction House.

Only if both characters are in a major-city and the portal leads to a major city.

How about using my lock and summoning my mage to get a port

You need 4 chracters to use warlock summon, warlock + 2 who click portal + 1 player who get's summoned. You may log only two charcters at a time. If you get help by two other players and as long as your two charcters are in a major city it's allowed by the rules.
