A way to "report" a GM?

Greetings Nostalrius staff (and the rest of the awesome community).
Is there any way to "report" a GM (either specific quote or "in total")? I am obviously not talking about Public Shaming on the forums or any toxic hatethread, but more of a system to help improve nostalrius customer support. What ideas personally come to my mind is by PMing some kind of "master GM (:P)".

Also, I am talking about "reports" in the sense that they maybe word themselves or answer in an innapropriate or unprofessional way. As I do ofcourse understand that a GM is in some ways infallible (-incapable of making mistakes or being wrong.).

Just a question from a happy player interested in Nostalrius' future

#Edit for gramatical reasons
#Edit 2 To make this absolutely clear. This is a question, not a request!

I think you could probably direct any conduct like this to GM Tyrael. That'd be my best guess. Probably have proof of the accusations too.

Although I dont have an answer to your question. I would like to correct you on what you said. There is no way to "improve nostalrius customer support". None of us are customers. We are their guests. If a GM tells you something that you dont agree with (or hurts your feelings), suck it up.

Again, I am not talking about changing what the GM says or the message they are trying to spread, but rather the way it's worded. Just as future advice (kinda), and also customer is in Italic

You can "report" Gamemasters in a PM to Tyrael, no worries.

If you have a valid complaint regarding the behaviour of a GM or evidence of a GM wrongdoing, please do contact Tyrael through the forums. Do not send him moans that "some GM I can't even remember the name of said something that insulted me" or anything like that, that's just a waste of time.

The GM team.
