You use the below link and then follow the link from your email? I just recently came back from a VERY long break and changing my password worked for me.

I assume you've tried refreshing, using a different browser, making sure no third-party application is blocking the link? If not, give it a try. I've had an issue fairly similar before but changing browser worked for me.

When I click on My Account it just says Hello my username but no options to change the password

It won't work if you're logged in on the website. It also won't work in Firefox.

Yep barely got it working I had to logout before I open the email thanks robotron

just try to clear cache / cookies, working perfectly for me this afternoon. .
