Hey as the titel says , Is it bannable to need on every rare drop that you can sell on AH? Like you are in random group of players and an Rare drop from an mob that u can sell for various ammount of gold on AH , and lets say i need on that shit and win it even tho i can't use the item , does it consider as ninja or like i can get banned for ? dont know if i posted this on the right section so.....any help is appreciated since i want the gold for my mount at 40

This should be the standard rule. Everyone should roll need on BOE's. Some people like to bitch though so its best you confirm the loot rules before a run starts.

That is the definition of "Greed". Some people might actually need the item in question - better to verify with your group at the start of the run & also make sure everyone is ok if you Need roll on a specific item drop.

Roll greed on BoE's that you just want to sell, that's the whole point of greed rolling...

In groups I run, I set a rule that rare BOE drops are on a "Need All" rule, since the gold can be helpful to us when we're leveling and its highly unlikely we're twinking.

You don't get banned for being a ninja. But you'll be a ninja. Blue 2h weps sell for a lot too, but you don't need on those do you?

The only question is this: for how much gold is your reputation worth.
