Mobtag opposite faction allowed?

I tried searching on the forums about this but didn't find anything, are you allowed to mobtag the opposite faction?

Curious.

I presume as long as you're not multiboxing. If a buddy is ally you could easily be in voice chat and negate the in game chat barrier. Just a guess I won't take blame if you get banned :)
