Why is the PvP gear not following the patches like the PvE gear does? The PvP gear is naxx good, I am pretty sure it was not buffed until 1.10. This really gives some of the guilds an insane edge in PvE.
Would be nice if we could get a discussion started regarding this.

I am aware of the time you have to put into the game to get to a descent PvP ranking is insane, but this is not what this thread is about.

Yes its true, the PvP gear its not blizzlike but i dont know why they was up this one.

conversely if they hadn't done that nobody would have bothered with it. or only few.

Because they added the new rare PvP set before 1.11, another strange non "blizzlike" decision. Final R12/13 stats and new R7/8/10 armor all came in the same patch, they even mention this in their own timeline.

Man, gezz, take it easy.
PvPing is a day in day out commitment if you want rank 13 and 14, okay so the gear may be better than current content.
But raiding isn't as demanding, you're able to work and have somewhat of a life.
Ranking, nuh-uh.

Imagine the outrage from NOPE and Dreamstate if their gear were nerfed to the proper stats . Would surely bring us some more entertaining "der untergang" movies.

Ive been wondering the same. But yeah smart marketing by nost admins and everyone fell for it

This is something I've complained about time and time again, but never seemed to get any traction so I'm glad someone else has brought it up for once. PvP gear, apart from the weapons (which were correctly patched in this server) wasn't updated until Naxx was patched into the game. There is video evidence all over the internet in the form of old PvP videos that I could provide as well.

This was a design choice advertised before the server was even released that PvP gear would be upgrade at BWL/ZG.

Don't waste your time reporting it, it's intended.
