Isn't Nostalrius staff enforcing their naming policies?

From the ToS:
"When choosing a character name, creating a guild, or otherwise creating a label that can be seen by other users using the Game or the service, you must abide by the guidelines set forth here, as well as the rules of common decency. If Nostalrius staff finds such a label to be offensive or inappropriate, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change the name, remove the label and corresponding chat room, and/or suspend or terminate your use of the service. Guilds which violate the policy will be deleted with or without warning. You may not create a name or label related, referring, incorporates or utilizes any of the following:

Religion, Politics, Organizations;
Nationality, Racism, Ethnics;
Harassment or Defamation;
Obscenity, Vulgarity, Insults;
Sexually explicit, Violence;
Hateful, Drugs, Unlawful;
Staff member or any staff oriented name;
Incomprehensible."

There's countless names and guildnames that fall into these cathegories, and yet, there's nothing done to prevent such names.
It seems like the "Sexually explicit" tab is the one that gets broken the most.

I've tried reporting, ignoring, sending tickets and w/e, but to no avail.

You shouldn't set rules if you can't enforce them.

This is just looking for a reason to nag about stuff.
Go dig a hole or something.
If you're that offended for no reason, refrain from going on the internet and stay in your safe zone, stop ruining it for everyone else.

Make a GM ticket, name the offending guild and/or players. We will take it from there.

If you see racism in chat:

1) Make sure that the offending player name and what they said is clearly visible.
2) Press the Print Screen button
3) Open imgur.com on your browser, click "Upload image"
4) Press Ctrl+V to paste your clipboard content and press enter to upload it
5) Read my signature on how to make a GM ticket
6) Name the player and copy&paste the link to the image you just uploaded

The GM team.
