I got this great ideia,
level up to 60 without doing any quest, any profession or changing the original hearthstone location...

but yhe, that doesn't mean I will not continue playing hours per day after

Except for the hearthstone rule I think it's been done.

For what I know the most impressive one I've seen is a guy who levelled naked only using neck, rings, trinkets and the weapons.

That's harder, *thats what she said* but more like a challange... I do this so I can get the best items in the end by making sure I didnt choosed the wrong award when completing a quest... and because I want 2

Was this guy in vanilla or TBC cant remember that lvled a complete naked troll warrior, no gear nothing. No weapon, totally naked, 1-60 or 1-70 cant remember. Not sure how long it took, think his thread still is on blizz forums.

He was named Gutrot. The troll, the legend. He spent 32 days of /played and about 15 months of real time, from july 2006 to september 2009, by grinding. He was using only trinkets, rings, necklaces and self-made buffs.
When he was about to ding 70, a guild full of naked troll alts was formed in his honour and a huge party was hosted for anyone from his server. Which crashed the server twice. He reached 70 by the quest with Archmage Vargoth (arguably the most well-traveled questgiver of wow) and celebrated by taking Stormwind by ... well, storm.

Truly, an inspiration to us all.
