Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I see a lot of people getting banned because of perfectly normal in-game transactions (e.g. helping out a friend by mailing/trading money) that were interpreted as "gold selling". I want to send money to my guildie, but I'm afraid I get raped by ze banhammer. How can I avoid this?

Read everything in the account support forum with a grain of salt. I send all my items to my alt on a different account all the time and haven't been flagged or banned as of yet... About 200g so far worth of mail from one character to another.

I've sent hundreds of gold, flask of supreme power, etc to my alts and have never been banned or warned. I think it helps to have months of consistent transactions to establish that you are just transferring shit between alts.

nobody can answer this. the staff certainly won't. i've asked the same question a few months ago. i've never had problems sending gold to alts. but i know someone who got banned for loaning a friend some gold. so there is no safe way.

the best you can do is split your resources over multiple accounts so that worst case only one gets banned.
also take screenshots of every transaction to prove its legitimacy for eventual appeals.
