Is she not selling anything until 1.9 drops? I am friendly with CC and when I talk to her she has an empty item list. Been asking in /world and /trade but no one seems to really know.

Yeah it's pretty retarded - a Trade Goods vendor who sells no trade goods. In 1.9 she "should" sell things which are not released yet in the current patch.

You can still buy the Mail pattern from the other Cenarion Vendor hidden in Southwind Village though (Sandstalker set).

I was querying professions with Recipe Radar the other day an I can confirm. Most of the recipes can't be found, which means they aren't accessible. But there are exceptions, that should also not be accessible.
