Image says it all, not sure if it's a laundering of gold, or trying to catch someone unsuspecting. I have no idea who the sender is. Please be careful!

The sender is in your screenshot... "Notif" is the character name. I wouldn't even call this a scam - just sending you a COD. No stupid story like "Due to recent lag we, the Nostalrius staff, would like to offer you this crappy item".
