Posted: Tue Apr 05, 2016 4:05 pmThe sender is in your screenshot... "Notif" is the character name. I wouldn't even call this a scam - just sending you a COD. No stupid story like "Due to recent lag we, the Nostalrius staff, would like to offer you this crappy item".
