Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

What's the next best vanilla server out there that isn't scared of petty threats from Blizzard?

Kronos seems like the next best option as tons of the Nost community have already rerolled there and created a Nost refugee guild. What do you guys think? I want to go to the next most populated server.

Like many I do not like the way Kronos shop is handled, so I will not go there. I think I'll play other games and wait for classicwarcraft.com or another challenger.
I hope Nostalrius source will spawn many good things for the Vanilla community.

How is the shop handled? Hopefully nothing detrimental like paying for boost to 60 or buying gear that isn't cosmetic?

As much as I don't want to be a Nostalrius fanboy, Kronos really has 1 huge flaw that automatically makes it a shitty server:
Mobs spawn in trees and other objects. Go make a character and I can guarantee you that you will find a mob being stuck within your first minute if you just run around a bit and spam tab/toggle health bars.

Valk is a dead server even compared to Kronos. I need a large community for that Vanilla effect. Looks like the choice is clear, and from what Ive gathered the shop is cosmetics only on Kronos..no pay to win. Im fine with the odd mob spawning in a tree..wont ruin my experience enough to force me to log off lol.

I will only be satisfied with a fresh new server release, so waiting for a bit will be the best option

Fresh servers are too much fun so I will wait for that. ClassicWarcraft looks like a decent candidate so far.
