Posted: Fri Apr 08, 2016 2:48 amIf we were to pay the fee on legal zoom we can make a default template to take blizzard to small claims court in The USA for emotional distress. If we had at least 10k do it at the same time it would cost blizzard around 50 million to fight the claims.
I mean we would not win the claim but just the cost of the claim for blizzard to fight it would hit them where it counts their wallets.
Now here is the catch. Make every claim have a clause that we will drop it if they open a progression Vanilla Server.
10k*5k on avg per case=50 mill blizzard would spend in legal fees fighting it.
It would be easy as pie to file the claim. All you had to do is take the template to your local magistrate court fill it in with your info and pay the fee to file it.
