maybe you should reconsider the approach of your products and actually enable legacy servers for each expansion-pack just like in Diablo where you can choose to play any expansion at your own will, then you might breach the year 2006 player numbers with your shitty ass products. :D

This. How hard can it be? If this whole third-party vanilla server abolition is about "fear of lost earnings", wouldn't it be the most sensible thing to do? It's not like shutting down Nostalrius is going to make us magically go back to retail.

And how will we get our account back? If we sign up now and start a new account at what point will our accounts be transfered over and be playable? It's hard to tell just who wants to actually keep the server going and who just wants account details.

Account details - from a dead server? I see no point.

I'm not a tech geek, I'm sorry. But I choose to trust that this guy, really want NOSTALRIUS to continue. And this is his best way of assisting.

Read his words. Make your own opinion.

Was just a simple question and the account details may also include email accounts. I will definitely check it out but until the nostalruis team or someone confirms that the server has switched to a different site I would be cautious.
