Make sure you sign it guys. Change.org doesn't help BUT people do report the news on this stuff and there is precedence for it having an effect on this very topic.

For example, here is the timeline for Runescape Oldschool servers:

1. 2006scape private server shutdown that had 100k registered forum users
   
   
2. So Wreck3d (Think like a little less than Sodapoppin-like popularity in RS) released this petition https://www.change.org/p/jagex-games-st ... -runescape
   
   
3. Jagex announces a Poll for Legacy Servers http://services.runescape.com/m=poll/rs2007-server
   
   
4. Poll passes and Jagex introduces Legacy Servers

Blizzard is a lot eviler than Jagex though so mileage may vary.

They can't ignore this forever.

This gives me a small glimmer of hope for official Vanilla servers. But then I remember how Blizz doesn't actually care about their community, unlike Jagex.... and then I get depressed again.
